"I was born and raised in a small town called Monroe, Connecticut. For as long as I can remember, art has been my “thing.” Throughout my teenage years, I longed to leave that tiny town, and was accepted to Camberwell College of Arts in London, England. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Illustration. While I was overseas, my Mom decided to move to Myrtle Beach. I stayed in London for as long as my visa would allow, and then decided to join her."
"For the first 4 years living in South Carolina, I worked as a caricature artist. I firmly believe that I learned more from those 10 minute sketches of random people, than I did in art school. Eventually, I found myself working in art galleries. I have returned to my roots and started painting again. As my background is in Illustration, much of my work has a fantasy element to it, not quite realistic, but not quite cartoonish. I am highly inspired by what I call “little spots,” in nature. Spots you might miss if you blink. I am currently working on a 10 part “Blue Ridge Parkway” series of these “Little Spots.”"
